Shipping policy

LOCATION
All items are shipped from Los Angeles, California, USA.

PROCESSING TIME
The majority of items ship within 3 business days.
Made-to-order items, including Print-On-Demand items ship within 2-4 weeks.  If you have an exact date you need an item by, please contact us before purchasing to ensure we can meet your deadline.

COST
Shipping costs are calculated per item. Items shipped domestically thru First Class Mail with USPS ship for $3-$5. Priority mail items cost $11-$15. All domestic shipping is free if you spend over $30 in the store.

International shipping is charged depending on the final location. Generally it is $15-$30. International packages will not have tracking information after they leave the USA and can take anywhere from 10 days (MINIMUM) to 30 days to arrive at the destination. Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, fees, customs, etc.

 TROUBLESHOOTING
We always want our customers to receive their package quickly and safely. We always use tracking numbers when we can and do our best to ship packages directly at the post office to ensure it gets scanned into the system ASAP. Once an item is scanned into the system, it is out of our hands. We cannot control the postal system or their process.

It is the buyers responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and a safe place to recieve packages. We are not responsible for stolen packages.  We are not responsible for packages returned to seller. Buyer must re-pay shipping if an item needs to be reshipped due to providing us a wrong address.

If an item is lost or stolen, contact us IMMEDIATLEY. We may be able to help locate or replace the item. One of a kind items may not be replaceable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Buyer must pay for shipping if they wish to return or exchange an item. It is buyer responsibility to purchase tracking. If a return/exchange item is lost in the mail without tracking proof that it was sent, we cannot offer the refund or exchange.
